Voyager, the fourth Star Trek series, chronicles the story of a Federation starship stranded in the Delta Quadrant, and the adventures the crew encounters on their journey home to the Alpha Quadrant. The ship is taken to the delta quadrant by the Caretaker's array, while searching for a ship of Maquis, a rebel group unhappy with the Federation-Cardassian peace treaty. Both crews, now stranded 70,000 light-years from earth, join forces to get home. As they journey through the delta quadrant, they meet new races, run into unknown spacial anomalies, and explore a quadrant of space unknown to Star Fleet. |
